We had a wonderful 4-day stopover in Dubai in June. It is a lovely place to visit and really helped to break our long-haul flight to TX into 2 manageable chunks. We were still jet-lagged, but we had a fun holiday on the way!

If you ever get the chance to go to Dubai, do the dune bashing tour. It was so much fun! 45 minutes of crazy driving and bouncing around in a Land Cruiser. I'll try to upload some videos, but they don't do it justice. It's mostly just us laughing and screaming!
| The highlight of the trip was the Dune Bashing! |

| Mason fell asleep on the ride out to the dunes. |
| That sand was HOT! We have no idea what we're in for next! |
| Awake and ready for some dune bashing! |
| Ryan had a baseball cap on, but when you're hitting the dunes everyone gets a new wrap. |
Once the wild ride was over, we went to this camp area. They had 4-wheelers, camel rides, henna tattoos, local BBQ, entertainment, etc.
| All these kids need is a big sand pit! |

| This guy was pretty cool. He spun around until the sun went down - literally! |
